Intergang isn't exactly one of Kal's most dangerous enemies but Kon still appreciates having some out-of-town help. He, Steel, Kara, and a few others are babysitting Metropolis while Kal was in space, and he hates the idea of leaving behind a mess.

And it'd taken a little detective work to get this far and figure out Intergang's plan, something he'd known he was out of his depth with.

But having someone available that's good at detective work is one of the many advantages of one of your best friends being a part of a whole clan of spooky detectives.

"We would've gotten away with it if it weren't for the Bat showing up!" said the mook Kon was trussing up.

"Duh, yeah, that's why I invited him to join the party," said Kon. "Obviously. What, you think I'm not gonna ask someone for help with hacking and nerdy detective stuff? I don't know squat about finding out which companies are inside of shell companies."

He makes sure the iron bar was bent nice and tight around the mook's wrists. The sirens that were previously in the distance are pretty close now.
